We want you to love every Kitchen Club tee that arrives at your door. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

45-day return window

You have 45 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn (tried on is fine — we're not the fit police)
  • Free of stains, scents, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • In its original condition

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we cover the full cost including return shipping. Please email us photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to start a return

Email us at info@thekitchenclub.co with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without authorization can't be processed.

Return shipping

For US orders: return shipping is on us for damaged or defective items. For change-of-mind returns (wrong size, didn't love it), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service so the package doesn't get lost.

For international orders: return shipping is the customer's responsibility in all cases. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We don't currently process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We do this so you don't have to wait twice — the new order ships immediately while the return is in transit.

Items we can't accept

  • Items returned after the 45-day window
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Sale or final-sale items (we'll mark these clearly at checkout if any apply)

Order cancellations

Because every tee is made to order, we can only cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is already in production and can't be cancelled. If you need to cancel, email info@thekitchenclub.co as soon as possible.
