Every Kitchen Club tee is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your shirt is printed when you order it, then shipped to your door. Here's how that works.
Production time
Orders are produced within 2 to 4 business days of payment. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping times — United States
Once your order ships, standard delivery times are:
- Continental US: 3 to 7 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories: 7 to 14 business days
Most US orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the order date.
Shipping costs — United States
Free shipping on every US order. No minimum.
International shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries via standard carrier service.
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days, $9.99 USD
- United Kingdom and EU: 10 to 18 business days, $14.99 USD
- Australia and New Zealand: 14 to 21 business days, $19.99 USD
- Other international destinations: Calculated at checkout
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees collected by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping cost.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your shipment from our fulfillment center to your door. If you don't receive a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Wait 48 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered a day or two before they actually arrive
- If still missing after 48 hours, contact us at info@thekitchenclub.co with your order number
For confirmed lost packages, we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and replace your order at no additional cost.
For confirmed stolen packages (package delivered, then taken), we'll do everything we reasonably can to help, including providing documentation for an insurance claim. However, we can't issue replacements for packages stolen after confirmed delivery without proof of theft.
Wrong address
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We use the address you provide.

Kitchen Club tees are produced and shipped from our US-based fulfillment partner. We do not currently produce in-house.
